Full Stack Developer (Laravel)

Essential Functions

• Working with Affluence Series of Digital Banking products
• Programs within multiple complex OLTP systems based on Linux / JAVA environment
• Working with Chief Product Architect (Founder) for Technology and Business Vision
• Ensures the efficient use of core services, packages, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) in product teams
• Designs security protocols, including encryption or password protection, and ensures that they are appropriately applied systems
• Provides leadership direction to product teams in latest technology, standards and processes
• Superior problem-solving skills and browser debugging capabilities
• Flexible and self-driven with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication and team skills
• Ability to work with Overseas Experts in the current Transition of the product to a cloud and Microservices Architecture an AI Based platform.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Excellent knowledge of the Java development language preferred
• Strong knowledge of agile development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documentation
• Experience in Fintech and Banking Projects is a big plus
• Exposure to one of the following : AI /Cloud /Micro Service Architecture

Experience & Qualifications

• Bsc/Msc degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering or related
• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Exposure to banking domain will be an advantage
